HR introduces OpenHire Applicant System

OpenHire is a software application that enables organizations to handle recruitment needs electronically, reducing paper costs and streamlining the process of hiring new employees. OpenHire provides a central location for resumes and applicant information along with information related to job postings.

Our new software has two major components. We will have an external portal on the City of Concord’s internet web page and an internal portal on the city’s intranet site. As always, HR staff is willing to assist with this process.  We will begin to use the software on Monday, January 7, 2013.
